Academic Year 2025–2026, Semester 2 “Leave of Absence Students” Student Group Insurance Guidelines (All Academic Programs)
Students on leave of absence may still enroll in the student group insurance during their leave period. Those who wish to enroll must submit the insurance fee of NT$779 to the responsible unit for their respective academic program within 2 weeks after the semester begins (before March 8, 2026). Applications submitted after the deadline will be regarded as a waiver.
