[Important Notice] [2025–2026 Academic Year, Semester 2] Day Division Class Officer Training will be held on February 23 and February 25. All class officers are requested to attend on time!
1. Training Dates and Participants
(1) February 23 (Monday), 10:00–12:00; Participants: vice class representative, discipline officer, activities officer, academic officer, service officer (first-year and 44-year program students), and deputy service officer.
(2) February 25 (Wednesday), 15:10–17:00; Participants: class representative, counseling officer, general affairs officer, and environmental protection officer.
2. Notes:
(1) All class officers are required to attend the training at the designated location on time. If unable to attend, a substitute must be assigned.
(2) Service officers of 2nd to 4th-year students are exempt from attending the training.
※ Rewards and Penalties: Class officers who attend the training will have their participation counted toward end-of-semester rewards. Those who fail to attend and thereby affect students’ rights and interests in their class will be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the Student Rewards and Penalties Regulations.
