Refund Policy:
After completing registration and payment in accordance with regulations, if a student is unable to enroll for any reason, the refund standards are as follows:
If the university is unable to open the class, all credit fees paid will be fully refunded.
If a course is dropped after payment but before the course start date, 90% of the credit fees will be refunded.
If a course is dropped after the course begins but before one-third of the semester has elapsed (according to the university academic calendar), two-thirds of the credit fees paid will be refunded,
If a course is dropped before two-thirds of the semester has elapsed, one-third of the credit fees paid will be refunded,
If the course is dropped after two-thirds of the semester (inclusive), credit fees will not be refunded.
Other Important Notes:
- Credit program courses are conducted alongside regular classes. If the minimum enrollment is not met, or if course capacity is filled due to add/drop adjustments by enrolled students, credit program students will be notified to process a refund to ensure teaching quality and protect the rights of degree students.
- Credit programs do not confer formal student status; therefore, the university cannot issue documentation for military deferment, student loans, or related matters.
- Students who achieve a passing grade will be issued a credit certificate. After admission to the university, students may apply for credit transfer in accordance with relevant academic regulations; however, these credits cannot be used as equivalent academic qualifications for future admission applications.
- Credits earned cannot be used as proof for obtaining qualified teacher certification.
- After completing the program, those who wish to apply for the Ministry of Examination’s “Senior Professional and Technical Examination for Social Workers” must still comply with the examination regulations announced by the Ministry of Examination.
- The university collects, processes, and uses personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
- Certain practical courses in the Departments of Cosmetology, Food and Beverage Management, and Architecture, as well as the 32-credit core curriculum and practicum in the Department of Early Childhood Care and Education, are not open for single-course credit program enrollment. The Department of Information Management follows the tuition standards of the College of Engineering.
- S applying for entrance examinations may accumulate, per semester, up to 18 credits (approximately 9 courses) for associate and bachelor-level credit programs, and up to 9 credits (approximately 3 courses) for master-level credit programs in accordance with Article 15 of the “Regulations Governing Continuing Education at Junior Colleges and Above.”
