[Important Announcement] Guidelines for the Weekly Meeting of Cheng Shiu University for the 1st Semester of the 2025 Academic Year
1.Time:December 31, 2025 (Wed). Sign in at 15:10.
2.Location:Cheng-Shiu Hall, 9F, Humanities Building.
3.Participants:Daytime Program (excluding Industry–Academia programs), the guidance teacher, and six class representatives (Class Representative, Discipline Officer, Service Officer, Vice-Service Officer, Counseling Officer, General Affairs Officer), or other cadres, including five-year program students. Participants who cannot attend due to other commitments should find a substitute (or classmate) to represent them. If a class does not have the cadres mentioned above, the guidance teacher shall assign students to participate to meet attendance requirements for meetings.
4. Dress Code:Please dress modestly (no sandals allowed) for attending formal gatherings (food and beverages are strictly prohibited).
5.Venue Entry and Event Guidelines:Class representatives are requested to complete sign-in and be seated by 15:20 on the day of the event (seating arrangement: from left to right, facing the seating area). There are only three elevators in the Humanities Building; students are advised to sign in early and not enter or leave the venue during the ceremony.
6.Late Arrival and Early Departure Handling:Those who are more than 10 minutes late will be deemed absent. Those who leave early will be penalized on the same basis as those who are late.
7.Sign-in Verification: Students from four classes will be selected after the weekly meeting to check the sign-in status.
8.Seating Arrangement: The seating chart of each department at the University's weekly meeting is shown in the attached image.
