2. < The registration method is as follows: >
Step 1. Complete online registration for the Public Construction Commission via the Public Engineering Cloud Service Portal 【Click here】.
Step 2. After registering online, submit the hardcopy application materials as specified.
3. < Notes–Online Registration >
1. For detailed instructions, refer to the attached brochure/application form.
2. When uploading documents (ID card, initial training completion certificate, etc.), please include a note stating that the document is a true copy of the original and sign it or affix a stamp or seal.
4. < Other Notes >
1. Photos printed by a photo printer will be accepted. However, graduation photos will not be accepted; the photo must be different from the one on your ID card or completion certificate.

2. Those interested in registering shall first complete the registration form on the Engineering Council website. After completing the online registration, please mail the printed registration form and related documents. The receipt method will be based on the completion of the online registration; registration will be closed once full capacity is reached. No phone, fax, or email reservations for registration will be accepted (payment is not required).
3. Registration fees and official start dates will be announced once the minimum enrollment number is reached.
4. If a video course is offered, participants must have a Google account, a webcam, and appropriate hardware and software equipment, such as a computer. If you do not have the necessary equipment, please refrain from registering for the video course.
5. If eligible for a discounted price, please inform and confirm before making a payment. Once the registration fee is paid, no further discounts, including alumni or group pricing, will be applied.
