[Important Announcement] The 2025 Ceremony Celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the University

1. Time: 10:00 Tuesday, November 11, 2025 (participants must check in by 09:30).

2. Location: Cheng-Shiu Hall, 9F, Humanities Building.

3. Participants: The guidance teacher and six class representatives (Vice Class Representative, Academic Officer, General Affairs Officer, Counseling Officer, Recreation Officer, Environmental Officer), or other cadres, including five-year program students, per class for daytime programs. Participants who cannot attend due to other commitments should find a substitute (or classmate) to represent them. Those who fail to attend or appoint a proxy will receive a Grade B disciplinary demerit per the Student Conduct Regulations. If a class does not have the cadres mentioned above, the guidance teacher shall assign students to participate to meet attendance requirements for meetings.

4. Dress Code: Please dress formally to attend (food and beverages are strictly prohibited).

5. Venue Entry and Event Guidelines: Class representatives are requested to complete check-in and be seated by 09:30 on the day of the event (seating arrangement: from left to right, facing the seating area). There are only three elevators in the Humanities Building; it is recommended that students arrive early to ensure a smooth start to the ceremony proceedings. Please refrain from entering or exiting the venue during the ceremony. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

6. Late Arrival and Early Departure Handling: late registration counter will open outside the venue after the ceremony begins; cadres attending will be penalized in proportion to their arrival time. The entire opening ceremony will be approximately two hours. Those who are more than 10 minutes late will be deemed absent. Those who leave early will be penalized upon the same basis as those who are late.

7. Event Program:

(1) Performance: 10:00 to 10:50.

(2) Anniversary Ceremony: 10:50 to 12:00.

8. Seating Arrangement: Seating chart for the school anniversary performance and ceremony by department (as shown in the attached image).
