Cheng Shiu University 2024 Academic Year, 2nd Semester [Bachelor's and Master's Credit Program] Application Guidelines & Application Form

The enrollment period for the 2024 Academic Year, 2nd Semester of the Bachelor's and Master's Credit Program, is from February 17, 2025 to March 7, 2025.

  • Application Guidelines & Registration Link:  Payment Instructions: Complete the Google Form and upload the required documents. -> Send a message with your name and enrolled Credit Program information to the Continuing Education Center’s LINE (@758askzs). -> After school review, you will receive a payment notification. -> Submit your remittance receipt. (Account Name: Cheng Shiu University; Remitting Bank: Yuanta Bank (806); Account Number: 21342006688120). If you prefer to pay in person, please visit the Continuing Education Center on the 2nd Floor of the General Building, Monday to Friday, 09:30–15:30 (proxy registration is available).
