2024 Academic Year: First Semester Student Group Insurance Enrollment Notice for Leave of Absence Students
Students with formal enrollment status who apply for a leave of absence may still participate in the Student Group Insurance during their leave period.
Those interested in enrolling must pay the premium (NT $935) to the relevant administrative office of their program within two weeks of the semester’s start date (by September 20, 2024). Late submissions will be considered a waiver.
