Application Instructions for Student Group Insurance: “Students on Leaves of Absence” in the 1st Semester of the 2025 Academic Year (All Academic Programs)
Students on a leave of absence are still eligible for student group insurance during their leave. Students who require insurance coverage should pay [insurance premium NTD 779] at the office of each academic program during the two weeks after the start of school (i.e., before September 19, 2025). Late payment will be deemed a waiver.
