[2024-2nd Semester] Day Time Programs Class Cadre Training is scheduled for February 24 and February 26. The schedule is attached. All class cadres are required to attend on time!
- Dates and Participants:
- Monday, February 24, 09:40–12:00. Participants include Vice Class Representatives, Discipline Officers, Recreation Officers, Academic Officers, Service Officers, and Assistant Service Officers.
- Wednesday, February 26, 15:10–17:00. Participants include Class Representatives, Counseling Officers, Environmental Officers, and General Affairs Officers.
- Notes:
- Class cadres of each class should attend this training at the designated place on time. Any participant who is unable to attend must appoint a proxy.
- Grades 2 to 4 Service Officers are exempt from participating.
*Rewards and punishment: Participation will be considered the basis for evaluating end-of-term cadres’ awards. Absence without a proxy may affect class students’ rights and result in disciplinary action per the Student Conduct Regulations.
