The [2023-2nd semester] Day Time Division Class Officer Workshop will be held on February 26 and March 1, per the attached schedule. Class officers from all classes are required to attend on time.
1. Dates and class officers for the workshop:
10:10 to 12:00, February 26 (Monday). The participants are Assistant Class Representatives, Discipline Leaders, Recreation Leaders, Academic Arts Leaders, Assistant Service Leaders, and Service Leaders of [Year 1].
13:30 to 15:00 on March 1 (Friday). The participants are Class Representatives, Counselors, and the Leaders of General Affairs.
2. Notes:
Class officers should come to the designated place on time to participate in the workshop. If you are unable to attend, please appoint a proxy.
Environmental Protection Leaders and Service Leaders in Years 2-4 are exempted from attending the workshop.
* Prizes and penalties: Participating class officers will be rewarded at the end of the semester. Failing to participate in the workshop will affect the rights and interests of the students in class. Those who fail to comply will be punished according to the Program of Student Rewards and Penalties.
