[Dormitory Announcement] 2023: 1st Semester Student Dormitory Online Application for current students (returning students). Please complete the application within the designated period

  1. Application Period: May 8 to May 21, 2023.
  2. Admissions Result Announcement Date: June 1, 2023, 12 PM (please log in to the system and check the results under "Application List Overview").
  3. When applying, please have electronic copies of your low-income or middle-low-income documents and an electronic headshot ready. Returning students who have previously uploaded headshots do not need to re-upload them.
  4. Please apply through the Cheng Shiu Website, Student Affairs Information/Dormitory Management System.
  5. Payment Deadline for Returning Students: Please download the payment slip from the Yuanta School Affairs website. Failure to pay the deposit before the deadline will be considered a waiver, and your spot will be offered to a student on the waiting list.
    (1) Deposit: June 1 to June 10, 2023. The shared living online registration is available after paying your deposit.
    (2) Dormitory Fee: July 20 to August 10, 2023 (except for low-income and loan-preprocessing students).
    (3) Deposit and dormitory fees are non-refundable except in cases of withdrawal, suspension, or special force majeure.

    (1) Shared Living Application Date: June 1 to June 10, 2023.
    (2) Cheng Shiu Dormitory: There is a two- or four-person limit (three people are not permitted). For the Wenshan Campus Dormitory, there is a two-person limit.
    (3) The shared living application requires consent from all parties involved. Only one representative should complete the application; duplicates are not accepted.
