- Time: Monday, September 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (Please be seated and complete check-in by 8:30 a.m.)
- Location: Cheng Shiu Hall, 9th Floor, Humanities Building
- Participants: Day Division class advisors and six class officer representatives from each class, including the Vice Class Representative, Recreation Officer, Discipline Officer, Academic Affairs Officer, Service Officer, and Deputy Service Officer. This requirement also applies to students in the five-year junior college program. If a class officer cannot attend, another class officer or student must be designated to attend in their place. Any required representative who is absent will receive one demerit in accordance with the Regulations Governing Student Rewards and Disciplinary Measures. If the listed officers have not yet been selected, the class advisor should designate students to attend so that the required number of representatives is met.
- Dress Code: Please wear appropriate attire for this formal assembly. Food and beverages are strictly prohibited, and slippers may not be worn inside the venue.
- Class officer representatives must be seated in their designated areas and complete check-in by 8:30 a.m. on the day of the ceremony. Seating should proceed from left to right when facing the seating area. To ensure the ceremony runs smoothly, participants are not permitted to enter or leave the venue once it is underway. Please arrive on time.
- After the ceremony officially begins, a late arrival registration desk will be available outside the venue. Disciplinary measures will be imposed proportionally according to the time of arrival. The entire opening ceremony will last approximately one hour. Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered absent. The same principle will apply to those who leave early.
