1. Students who have already resided in the dormitory for the 2025-1 semester do not need to reapply for the next semester.
2. New applicants for dormitory accommodation in the 2025-2 semester should visit the University’s website/Cheng Shiu University Information Network/Student Affairs Information/Dormitory Management System, select either Cheng Shiu Dormitory or Wenshan Campus for application, and upload an ID photo.
3. Applicants with low-income or low-middle-income status, or those who are children of active-duty military personnel, must upload valid proof documents.
4. Application Period: From December 22, 2025, to December 29, 2025.
5. Results Inquiry: 12:00 on January 2, 2026 (Please log in to the system -> Check the Application List).
6. Payment Deadline: From January 14, 2026, to February 9, 2026 (Please download and print the payment slip from Yuanta E-payment and complete payment before the deadline).
7. Dormitory Assignment Announcement: 12:00 on February 9, 2026 (Please log in to the dormitory management system -> Check the Application List).
8. The “Subsidy for On-Campus Dormitory Accommodation for Students in Higher Education Institutions” provides a subsidy of NTD 5,000 per semester for domestic general students, and NTD 7,000 for low-income, low-middle-income students and children of active-duty military personnel. The subsidy amount will be pre-deducted on the payment slip; no separate application is required.

9. Beginning this semester, if there are vacant beds in the dormitory room, bed adjustment operations will be implemented to facilitate subsequent class accommodation arrangements.
