[2025-1st Semester] Day Time Programs Class Cadre Training is scheduled for September 8 and September 10. The schedule is attached. All class cadres are required to attend on time!

1. Dates and Participants:

Monday, September 8, 10:00~12:00. Participants include Vice Class Representatives, Discipline Officers, Recreation Officers, Academic Officers, Service Officers, and Assistant Service Officers.

Wednesday, September 10, 15:10~17:00. Participants include Class Representatives, Counseling Officers, Environmental Officers, and General Affairs Officers.‌

2. Notes:

Class cadres of each class should attend training at the designated place on time. Any participant unable to attend must appoint a proxy.

Year 2 to 4 Service Officers are exempt from participating.

*Rewards and Punishment: Participation will be considered the basis for evaluating end-of-term cadre awards. Absence without a proxy may ‌affect class students’ rights and result in disciplinary action per the Student Conduct Regulations‌‌.
