[Dormitory Announcement] 2025-1 Student Dormitory Online Application Guidelines. Please complete your application within the specified period.

1. Application Period: August 8, 2025, to August 10, 2025, 17:00.
2. Registration Method: Please apply through the Cheng Shiu Website/Student Affairs Information/Dormitory Management System.
3. When applying, please have a digital photo of your headshot and scanned electronic files of low-income or middle-low-income documents (within the validity period) as a basis for the Executive Yuan accommodation subsidy.
4. Announcement of Admission Results: August 11, 2025, 12:00. (Please log into the system -> Check the results under “Application List Overview”).
5. Accommodation Fee Subsidy and Reduction: A subsidy cannot be claimed multiple times.

(1) Low-Income Household Subsidy: NTD 12,500 (apply within two weeks after the start of the semester).

(2) In accordance with our school’s “Yilan, Hualien, Taitung, and Outlying Island Areas Four-Year Technical Day Time Program New Students Admission Grant Implementation Guidelines,” students who are high (vocational) school graduates from Yilan, Hualien, Taitung, or whose household registration is in the “Outlying Island Areas,” are eligible for a grant covering one year of accommodation fees at “Cheng Shiu University Dormitory” (no payment required). If the above conditions are met but the dormitory application is for the Wenshan Campus, any fee difference will need to be made (to be handled after the start of the semester).

(3) The Executive Yuan Accommodation Subsidy–General domestic students: NTD 5,000 per semester; Low or low-middle income students: NTD 7,000 per semester (Proof of documentation is required to upload).

6. Payment Deadline: Please download the payment slip from the Yuanta School Affairs website. Failure to complete payment before the deadline will result in disqualification; your spot will be offered to a student on the waiting list.

1. Deposit: August 12, 2025, to August 15, 2025.
2. Dormitory Fee: August 12, 2025, to August 15, 2025. (Excluding low-income students and those who have applied for student loans for dormitory fees.)
3. Deposit and dormitory fees are non-refundable except in cases of withdrawal,suspension, or special force majeure.

7. Shared Living Application: August 12 to August 16, 2025. The application is available after paying the deposit; applications will be deleted automatically if not applied for within the specified time.

1. The shared living application requires consent from all parties involved. Only one representative should complete the application; duplicates are not accepted.

8. Bed Availability Announcement Date: September 1, 2025, 12:00. (Please inquire about availability on this system).
9. Move-in Date: Payment receipt or student loan certification is required for check-in. Those who have not completed payment are not allowed to check in.

1. First-year Students: 09:00–18:00, September 2 to September 3, 2025.
