- Admission Time: 12:30–13:10.
- Ceremony Time: 13:30–16:00.
3. Participants: Graduates and their families.
4. Location: Cheng-Shiu Hall, 9F, Humanities Building (Graduates 9F/Families and relatives 10F).
5. Dress Code: Dress examples are shown in the attachment.
- Please contact the Storage Group of the Office of General Affairs for renting Doctoral, Master’s, and Bachelor’s gowns.
- Graduates must wear official academic uniforms (Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s gowns) throughout the ceremony and are not allowed to enter the venue wearing slippers.
- Graduates who do not follow the graduate dress code or participate temporarily without registering in advance will be guided to the ceremony table on the 10th floor.
- The dress code for students of the Five-Year Junior College are the same as those of students of the Four-Year Technical College, except the Bachelor’s cap is a tassel-less cap for associate degrees.
6. If the seats on the 10th floor are full, the spectators will be arranged to watch the live broadcast in the audio-visual classroom on the 7th & 8th floors or the computer classroom on the 4th & 5th floors.
