[Important Announcement] Weekly Meeting of Cheng Shiu University for the 2024 Academic Year 2nd Semester
- Time: June 18, 2025 (Wed) 15:20 is the time to be in place; the ceremony starts at 15:30. Please be on time!
- Location: Cheng-Shiu Hall, 9F, Humanities Building.
- Participants: A total of nine people from each class of the first, second, and third years (including the first grade, second, third, and fourth grade of the Five-Year Junior College) in the Day-Time Programs shall participate, including a tutor and eight representatives from class cadres (Class Representatives, Vice Class Representatives, Discipline Officers, Service Officers, General Affairs Officers, Recreation Officers, Tutoring Officers, and Environmental Protection Officers). Participants who fail to attend will receive a disciplinary demerit per Student Conduct Regulations; if the class does not have the above cadres, the tutor shall assign students to participate to meet attendance requirements for weekly meetings.
- Dress Code: Please dress modestly to attend formal gatherings. Food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
- Cadre representatives are requested to sit in their positions (facing the seating area from left to right) and complete the sign-in by 15:20. To ensure the smooth progression of the ceremony, all entrances and exits will be closed after the ceremony begins at 15:30. No one is allowed to enter or exit the venue during the ceremony; those who are late or leave early will be treated as absent.
- There are only three elevators in the Humanities Building. To complete the roll call and check-in, students are advised to enter the venue at least 20 minutes early.
- To verify the sign-in status of students attending the meeting, students from four classes will be selected after the weekly meeting to check the sign-in status.
