1. Time: Wednesday, December 25, 2024, at 3:20 p.m. The meeting will start at 3:30 p.m. Please be on time.

2. Location: Cheng Shiu Hall, 9th Floor, Humanities Building.

3. Participants: Daytime Program (excluding the Industry-Academia Study Program) class teacher and six class representatives (class representative, discipline officer, service chief, vice service chief, class guidance officer, and class treasurer), totaling seven participants per class. If any of the above-mentioned class officers cannot attend, another officer or classmate must be appointed as their proxy. For classes that have not yet selected their specified class officers, class teachers must appoint six students to ensure complete representation. Failure to attend the meeting will result in a demerit per the Student Recognition and Discipline Guidelines. Students are strongly encouraged to participate in this important assembly.

4. Participating students must dress appropriately; slippers are strictly prohibited. Food and beverages are not allowed in the venue.

5. Class representatives must be seated and complete check-in by 3:20 p.m. on the meeting day. To ensure the meeting runs smoothly, entry and exit during the meeting are prohibited; early departures will be treated as absences.

6. There are only three elevators in the Humanities Building. To ensure that check-in is completed on time and smoothly, students are advised to arrive 20 minutes early.

7. To verify attendance, four classes will be randomly selected for a post-assembly spot-check after the meeting.

8. The seating arrangement for each department for the school-wide weekly meeting in the first semester of the 2024 academic year is attached (see diagram).
