[Dormitory Announcement] 2024-1 The Student Wenshan Campus Dormitory will accept online applications from June 3 to June 9. Please complete your application within this period.

  1. Application Period: June 3 to June 9, 2024.
  2. Registration Method: Please apply through the Cheng Shiu Website, Student Affairs Information/Dormitory Management System.
  3. Please have electronic copies of your headshot and low-income or middle-low-income documents (i.e., the validity period) when applying.
  4. Admission Result Announcement Date: June 10, 2024, 12 p.m. (Please login to the system and check the results under "Application List Overview").
  5. Accommodation Subsidies: General domestic students: NTD 5,000 per semester; Low- and low-middle-income students: NTD 7,000 per semester. (A proof of poverty document with the validity period must be uploaded to receive a subsidy). Low-income students can apply for a subsidy of NTD 5,500 within two weeks after the start of the semester. 
  6. Payment Deadline: Please download the payment slip from the Yuanta School Affairs website. Failure to pay the deposit before the deadline will be considered a waiver, and your spot will be offered to a student on the waiting list.

(1) Deposit: June 11 to June 14, 2024. After you pay the deposit, you can register for shared living online.

(2) Dormitory Fee: June 11 to August 21, 2024 (except for low-income and loan-preprocessing students).

(3) Deposit and dormitory fees are non-refundable except in withdrawal, suspension, or special force majeure cases.

  1. Shared Living Application Date: June 11 to June 14 (available after paying the deposit).

(1) The shared living application requires consent from all parties involved. Only one representative should complete the application. Duplicates are not accepted.

  1. Bed Availability Announcement Date: September 2, 2024, 12 p.m. (Please check the system).
  2. Move-in Date: September 7 to September 8, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. A payment receipt or student loan certification is required to check in. Those who have not completed the payment are not allowed to check in.

Notice: This application is only for the Wenshan Campus Dormitory. Incoming and returning students of the Cheng Shiu Dormitory should apply between August 9 and August 11.
