Department of Food and Beverage Management

Introduction

     The Department of Food and Beverage Management was established in 2013 to nurture young talented professionals with the skills required to meet the growing needs of the catering and beverage fields, both nationally and internationally. The teaching curriculum provides an extensive range of theoretical and practical courses aimed at enhancing the innovation, entrepreneurship, customer service, and business management capabilities of the students. In implementing the teaching program, the department is supported by highly-qualified faculty members, top-class facilities and a dedicated staff. Moreover, the department provides extensive support and counseling services to its students in the pursuit of the professional qualifications required to secure employment on graduation and to forge a succesful career in their chosen fields.
